Dash Along and Have Fun with Princess Sofia Game for Android

Even though endless runner games such as Temple Run and Subway Surfer are typically not violent like first-person shooters, they are not generally targeted at female players. Dash Along and Have Fun with Princess Sofia game for Android is an exception to this trend. It specifically caters to the often overlooked audience of young female players. The game may be downloaded free of cost.

Endless Runner Game for Female Players

Princess Sofia for Android is a simple game that young female players will have fun with right away. The basic premise of running forward to collect the good things while jumping (achieved by tapping on the screen) to avoid obstacles applies to this as well. But what separates this game from the myriad of other similar game-play options is that it is designed with princess-loving little girls in mind. The game play is decent. The difficulty level increases slightly as you move up the levels. But at no point, it is difficult to manage. Dash Along and Have Fun with Princess Sofia for Android has got decent graphics and simple controls. The graphics, though they work for the game, they’re nothing to work up much excitement about. Little bit of more color and vibrancy would have made it much better to look at. The layout is pretty simple as well. Children won’t find any issue navigating the app.

Overall, we felt that the developers had paid attention to creating an interesting and fun storyline for this app but they did not seem to spend as much time on its appearance. In that sense, it still got room for improvement. Performance wise, Dash Along and Have Fun with Princess Sofia game is rather slick and responsive. We did not experience any lags while playing the game. The game requires Android OS 1.6+.

Final Take

Princess Sofia for Android is an endless runner game that is designed to delight adventure-loving young girls. The game play is simple with manageable difficulty levels. The graphics is OK, fi not great. The pop-up ads are an annoyance though. An IAP to remove ads would have been handy. It is also stable. Check it out if you got young girl kids at home.

Ingress Android Game App Review

Ingress for Android is a location-based mobile game developed by Niantic. It’s a virtual reality gaming where the players will have to get out of the house and explore the physical world where we live. It is the smoothest and the most effective virtual reality gaming developed so far. Ingress is a niche game for a niche audience and only a hardcore fan of gaming and virtual world can play and support it. These gamers will eventually have a great time running around in virtual as well as the physical landscape. Ingress for Android is a free download from Google Play store and you need a Google account to log in and set up a user name.

Enlightened or Resistance

There are two factions you can choose from to play in Ingress game for Android. You can join as the enlightened or the resistance. The complicated fiction Ingress follows is that the earth exudes a substance called exotic matter. This exotic matter will be used either to enslave humanity or evolve into higher consciousness, depending on your choice. If you choose Resistance, you will be trying to stop exotic matter from controlling the earth. If you choose Enlightened, you will try to harness exotic matters power. As you download ingress and open the App, you are asked to choose which one you will be playing as. Once you choose your side, you cannot change it unless you have a new Google account.

Ingress for Android is a community gaming strategy and as an ingress player you venture into the community by walking, driving, skateboarding to all the prominent locations in your neighborhood like the park, historical monuments, libraries, churches, stations and the like to find portals. These portals contains exotic matter whose power you will claim as an Enlightened or capture as a Resistance. It’s easier to claim a portal if you find it out first or you will have to hack it from the opponents. Once you have visited, the portals can be linked to form triangles, otherwise called as control fields. The control field generate points for you based on how many people reside within them. So, you are not just securing portals but also attempting to link them in a triangular form in the map to gain scores. More people you find in a particular triangle the more you score. The apps user interface is similar to Google maps with a sci-fi movie design, background and sound track.

You need to have enormous amount of time to invest in a game that requires physical integration and teamwork. A lot of travelling is necessary if you want to revisit portals and to search and capture new ones. For children, Ingress game for Android requires adult supervision as it ventures them into meeting strangers and visiting public places. If taken in a positive manner, this a game that gets you out, meet new people, visit new localities and enjoy the surroundings.
